UNUM SELLS 262,000-SF NORTHVIEW BUSINESS CENTER

UNUM Life Insurance sold the Northview Business Center, a 262,067-square-foot multi-tenant office building in Austin, to TriGate Capital after a marketing that drew 11 offers. The building was about 70 percent occupied.
