How we invest

We invest in middle-market real estate through direct acquisitions, recapitalizations, loan purchases and platform investments. Our sector focus is retail, residential and industrial, with an emphasis on U.S. growth markets.

TriGate was established by Jay Henry, Jeff Yarckin and Jon Pettee. Their experience across real estate, structured finance and complex transactions helped shape an approach grounded in the underlying asset and the circumstances of each investment. Working alongside the founders, Adam Aultz, Jason Obenhaus and a growing team represent the next generation of leadership, ensuring that approach continues to guide the Firm.
