TriGate sells 2 office buildings along the Dallas North Tollway in Addison

TriGate Capital sold two Addison office buildings it had owned for six years: Emerald Plaza went to Grander Capital Partners and The Landmark to Libitzky Property Company and Sunwest Real Estate Group. Both buildings were renovated in 2010.
