TriGate Property Partners V Completes First Investment in Downtown Seattle

TriGate Capital is pleased to announce that TriGate Property Partners V, L.P. has successfully closed its first investment with the acquisition of a loan collateralized by The Meridian, a two-building, 157,665-square-foot retail property with 697 structured parking stalls located in downtown Seattle’s primary retail corridor.

TriGate was selected for this transaction due to our ability to provide speed and certainty in a complex situation—qualities that are hallmarks of our investment approach and key reasons why counterparties choose to partner with us.

This investment underscores the thematic focus of Fund V, which targets opportunities where we can leverage our capital, creativity, and conviction to unlock value across retail, residential, and industrial real estate in the Sunbelt and other strategic markets.

The property tour on the Investments page follows one continuous geographic imagery pyramid from Earth to aerial views of each property area. The photographs in the cards show the actual investments. Green outlines follow visible site and building edges in the aerial imagery. Crossroads highlights both of its buildings; the property photograph shows Building 100. Aerial dates: Florida, 2023; Nolen Farm and Dallas, 2022. The Nolen Farm card uses a newer community photograph.
