TRIGATE CAPITAL PURCHASES TOWNE CENTER AT BROOKHILL

TriGate Capital bought the Towne Center at Brookhill, a 305,000-square-foot shopping center in Westminster, Colorado, from its lender at roughly a third of its 2006 price. The firm plans a substantial investment to reposition the center.
