TriGate Capital Purchases Shopping Center in Edmond, OK

DALLAS, TEXAS – TriGate Capital has acquired Bryant Square – a 265,606 square foot shopping center – in Edmond, OK, the most affluent city in the Oklahoma City MSA. Bryant Square sits on 29 acres and is located at the intersection of two major thoroughfares – Bryant Ave. & 2nd Street. The intersection sees 54,000+ vehicles per day and is anchored by a collection of national retailers including: Target, Lowe’s, Walmart Neighborhood Market, and Walgreens in addition to the Property’s major anchors of Stein Mart, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ulta, Old Navy and Petco.

TriGate’s Senior Vice President, Keith Schneider, commented, “Bryant Square is a first class shopping center located in one of the best submarkets in the entire state of Oklahoma. The demographic trends coupled with the outstanding tenant lineup created an attractive buying opportunity for TriGate in today’s market.”

TriGate purchased the Property through its current investment vehicle – TriGate Property Partners III, LLC – which closed fundraising in 2016 with $340 million of equity commitments. Ryan Shore and Barry Brown of HFF represented the seller, InvenTrust Properties, in the transaction.
