TriGate Capital Announces Development of The Rowan, a 7-Acre Rental Townhome Project in Nashville Suburb

TriGate Capital, LLC, (“TriGate”), a leading real estate investment manager, announced today that it closed on 7-acres in the Nashville suburb of Antioch, TN to develop an 80-unit rental townhome community called The Rowan. The community will be developed in partnership with TriGate’s homebuilder partner, Legacy South, and leased and managed by Volunteer Properties. Patterson Real Estate Advisory arranged the debt financing through Hancock Whitney.

Upon completion, The Rowan will be spread across 16 different buildings with an average unit size of 1,575 square feet, and each unit will contain three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Situated near I-24, I-40, I-65 and Route 254, the property offers easy access to Nashville’s primary job centers, including Nashville International Airport and Downtown.

“TriGate is thrilled to again partner with Legacy South, a best-in-class homebuilder based in Nashville,” said Matt Rooney a Managing Director at TriGate. “The single-family rental business should be a nice complement to TriGate and Legacy South’s main business, which is building for sale communities in middle and southern Tennessee.”

The Rowan development marks the ninth community in the TriGate-Legacy South partnership. For more information on Legacy South and the communities available for sale, please visit Legacy South for homes available in Nashville, and Banner Built for homes available across greater Tennessee.
