TriGate Capital Acquires 48 Acres of Residential Land in Raleigh, NC

TriGate Capital and Suncrest jointly acquired a single family residential land assemblage in the Nashville MSA. Blue Hickory is a 48 acre tract located in Lebanon, TN, 30 miles east of downtown Nashville. It is entitled for 29 single family lots and 317 townhomes.

The site is a master planned, mixed use community with 5 acres of commercial land. It is adjacent to the Lebanon High School and 1 mile north of the I-40 and I-840 junction. The residential portion of the site will be marketed to builders to purchase unimproved.
