TriGate Capital Acquires 375 Acre Land Tract in Raleigh, NC

TriGate Capital and Suncrest, closed on the purchase of the Brio land assemblage in August 2022. The sites contain 375 acres located in Knightdale, NC, a northeastern suburb of Raleigh, NC. The land is entitled for 1,100 residential units.

Suncrest will complete engineering, construction plans and governmental approvals to begin lot development. The business plan is to sell the land in bulk to builders upon obtaining construction approvals.
