TriGate and Pacific Elm Properties Form Partnership to Recapitalize and Redevelop Comerica Bank Tower

TriGate Property Partners II completed a recapitalization of the 60-story Comerica Bank Tower in downtown Dallas and is partnering with Pacific Elm Properties on a redevelopment plan that would add a hotel and luxury apartments to the 1.5-million-square-foot office building.
