Transwestern Snags 300 Friberg Pkwy. Listing

Campanelli and TriGate Capital, who bought the 78,455-square-foot 300 Friberg Parkway office building in Westborough, Massachusetts for $2.25 million after its foreclosure, named Transwestern RBJ as exclusive leasing agent for the planned renovation.
