R&D building on Avenue of Science Sold

A joint venture of Kearny Real Estate Company and TriGate Capital sold a 73,756-square-foot R&D building in San Diego's Carmel Mountain Ranch for about $9.2 million to an entity tied to Millennium Laboratories, which will occupy the building.
