JLL Capital Markets announced today that it has closed the $12 million sale of Buffaloe Reserve

JLL arranged the $12 million sale of Buffaloe Reserve, a roughly 212-acre development site in north Raleigh, to a joint venture of Suncrest Real Estate & Land and TriGate Capital. The site has approval for 1,110 homes plus a commercial component.
