Holiday Inn in Park Cities taking on Magnolia Hotels name, getting makeover

The TriGate-owned Holiday Inn Dallas Central-Park Cities is being rebranded as the Magnolia Hotel Dallas-Park Cities, with about $2 million of renovations to the rooms, restaurant and lobby.
