HFF closes sale of fully-leased retail center in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

HFF closed the sale of Ephrata Commons, a fully leased, grocery-anchored 54,810-square-foot retail center in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, marketing it for TriGate Capital. Heidenberg Properties Group and a joint-venture partner bought it free and clear of debt.
