Former Cox headquarters eyed as major redevelopment on Atlanta Perimeter

A partnership led by TriGate Capital bought the former Cox Enterprises headquarters campus in Brookhaven, Georgia for about $13.3 million and is working with Pope & Land Enterprises on a redevelopment plan for the 21-acre site between two MARTA stations.
