Firm purchases Goodyear retail center for $23.5 million

TriGate Capital bought Canyon Trails Towne Center, a 202,200-square-foot retail center in Goodyear, Arizona shadow-anchored by a Super Target, for $23.5 million. It was the firm's 11th Phoenix-area retail purchase since 2011.
