Downtown Dallas’ 60-story Comerica Bank Tower has a new owner

TriGate Capital bought a 90 percent stake in the 60-story, 1.5-million-square-foot Comerica Bank Tower in downtown Dallas, with M-M Properties staying on as a partner in the joint venture. Terms were not disclosed.
