Dallas' TriGate sells Park Cities boutique hotel to Chicago investor

TriGate Capital sold the 292-room Magnolia Dallas Park Cities hotel to an affiliate of Chicago-based DRW Real Estate Investments, right after finishing a $10.1 million renovation. Terms were not disclosed.
