ConnectWise, Inc. Expands Operations Signs 35,000 Square Foot Lease at Fountain Square II in Tampa’s Westshore Business District

Software vendor ConnectWise signed a 35,000-square-foot lease at Fountain Square II in Tampa's Westshore business district, taking the building past 97 percent occupancy. The building is owned by a joint venture of Feldman Equities, Tower Realty Partners and TriGate Capital.
