Campanelli/TriGate Team Up To Buy Pair of Hudson, NH Bldgs.

A joint venture of Campanelli and TriGate Capital paid $6.1 million for two flex buildings in Hudson, New Hampshire, through a sale-leaseback with Vectron International and a purchase of a second building, and leased space to Mercury Computer Systems.
