Campanelli, TriGate Ink Moderna to 200,000 SF Lease

Biotech firm Moderna Therapeutics signed a 15-year lease for all 200,000 square feet of the UPLAND building in Norwood, Massachusetts, ending the Campanelli and TriGate Capital plan to market it to multiple tenants. Moderna will build a clinical manufacturing plant there.
