Campanelli, Texas Co. Uniting on GS Portfolio and Westwood Asset

Campanelli and TriGate Capital were awaiting a receiver's approval of their $15.8 million bid for an eight-building portfolio of foreclosed office properties in eastern Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, and were also reportedly in contract on a Westwood flex building.
