Campanelli plans renovations at newly acquired Canton office

Campanelli and TriGate Capital bought the 185,171-square-foot office building at 250 Royall Street in Canton, Massachusetts from Hines Global REIT for $20.15 million and plan an amenity package that includes a cafe, a renovated fitness center and new conference space.
