Adler Group & TriGate Capital Enter Houston Real Estate Market with Acquisition of Westchase Corporate Park

A joint venture of Adler Real Estate Fund and TriGate Capital bought Westchase Corporate Park, a 176,977-square-foot small-bay office and flex complex in Houston, from PS Business Parks. It was the partners' second joint purchase of the year.
