The community will be developed in partnership with Miles River Partners, led by Micheal Bradley, and Harpeth Valley Homes, a Nashville based homebuilder. The property will be leased and managed by Volunteer Properties. Wesbanco is providing construction financing. Upon completion, Blakeney Commons will offer two-unit types, each consisting of either 2 and 3-bedrooms, living spaces, kitchens, and patios. Additionally, over half the units will include private garages.
