Ian brings 15 years of finance and accounting experience, primarily in the real estate sector, and will oversee TriGate’s financial strategy, reporting, and operations as the firm continues to grow its investment platform. Ian succeeds Jim Vetter, who will retire at the end of 2026 after 18 years of dedicated service to TriGate.
