PulteGroup acquired 267 lots in Brio West, while Dan Ryan Builders bought 288 in Brio East. Both builders will work with Suncrest to develop an amenity package with a 5-acre park and a clubhouse with a pool, sports courts, and other recreational facilities to encourage an active lifestyle. TriGate and Suncrest are constructing the off-site roadway and utility improvements and have retained 500 lots as well as a multifamily section for future development as an age-restricted community designed for adults 55 and older.
