The portfolio, comprising 183,758 square feet, was sold to three different buyers for a total of $15.8 million. TriGate’s Senior Vice President, Paul Sharp, commented, “Being able to effectively execute three separate transactions allowed us to capture the optimal value for the portfolio.” TriGate would like to thank Avery Ticer of Cushman & Wakefield and Barry Birnberg of SVN|Northco Real Estate Services who brokered the sales on behalf of the joint-venture.
