The loan was made through TriGate Income Partners. Originally built in 2013, Edge at Glade Parks offers oversized floor plans and luxury finishes, complemented by community amenities such as two resort-style pools, fitness centers, clubhouses, and private garages. The property is located adjacent to Colleyville in the Grapevine-Colleyville Independent School District and benefits from strong connectivity across the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. TriGate pursued the investment based on the attractive basis, stabilized operations, and favorable submarket fundamentals, including limited new supply and consistently high occupancy.
