The transaction was brokered by Razi Mithani of Breeze Realty. The property contained a mix of more than 40 restaurant, fitness and service tenants and is surrounded by some of Dallas’ strongest demographics. HEB grocery recently announced that it will build its first DFW location on the adjacent tract. John Mearns, Senior Vice President at TriGate Capital, commented “During our hold period we were able to acquire key, additional land parcels, improve the tenant mix and restabilize the property quickly after emerging from the COVID pandemic.
