The Property is less than two miles away from Sam Houston State University and is one of the newest assets in the market. The 648-bed property offers residents a best-in-class amenity set, including a pool, fitness center, dog park, and outdoor grills. TriGate will implement a substantial capital plan to add amenities and upgrade the property, including re-painting the property, developing a sand volleyball court, and replacing pool furniture and gym equipment. “TriGate is very excited to announce our latest acquisition and our new partnership with CWS Capital Partners,” said Tom Andrews, Vice President of TriGate Capital. “We look forward to upgrading the property and offering students at Sam Houston State a premium housing option.” The Heights – Sam Houston marks TriGate second multifamily investment in 2024 and continues TriGate’s strategy of acquiring high-quality assets where the company can add value through capital investment and focused management.
