Mr. Schneider is an Investment Associate at TriGate and his background includes real estate investment and development and investment banking.
Prior to joining TriGate, Mr. Schneider was an Associate in the real estate group at Stanford Management Company. He underwrote investments and structured ground leases on Stanford University's commercial land endowment. Mr. Schneider's responsibilities also included managing the entitlement of Stanford's development projects on its off campus land. Mr. Schneider also worked for Lehman Brothers on two separate occasions. First, as an investment banking analyst in the Natural Resources group, he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and capital raising in the energy infrastructure sector. Secondly, Mr. Schneider completed an internship with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners where he evaluated investments for the real estate private equity fund.
Mr. Schneider has a B.S. in Economics from Tulane University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
