TriGate Capital Sells 6 Building Property Portfolio in Minneapolis, MN

DALLAS, TEXAS – A joint-venture between TriGate Capital and Sperry Van Ness|Northco Real Estate Services sold the final property in a 6 building, industrial portfolio located in Minneapolis. The portfolio, comprising 183,758 square feet, was sold to three different buyers for a total of $15.8 million.

TriGate’s Senior Vice President, Paul Sharp, commented, “Being able to effectively execute three separate transactions allowed us to capture the optimal value for the portfolio.”
